We want our area to be able to experience a variety of styles and genres of performance art. Living on a small island sometimes tends to cause us to not realize how much the world has to offer. We want to use this event to give attention to all the different arts that aren't always seen in the public eye as well as those smaller groups that just want to expand their reach.
What we are looking for:
- Dance/Cheer solo/group
- Theater groups
- Choir/Singing solo/groups
- Musicians, solo & ensembles/groups
- Any other performance art that is fun and family friendly!
The event will be set up in an exhibition form. Each individual/group is given 10 minutes to enter the floor, set up, perform and exit. Additional time may be available, please note it on the sign up form.
All those who perform will have their information advertised on our website, social media and the event's printed programs. A table will be also provided for you to place small flyers, pamphlets, etc.. This is FREE to join.
Once you submit the form, you will be contacted by April 5th with schedule/line up info. The quicker you submit your form, the quicker we get to advertise that you are a part of the showcase and give shout outs on social media & website pages.
For any performers that are not a part of the Oak Harbor School District, proof of insurance is required. You must have "OHSD" listed as an additionally insured for this event on your insurance and submit it with your form.
There are no fees but due to limited time, space & available accommodations, we may not be able to accept all performers.
